StreamForGood Ltd curates music playlists that generate revenue through streaming platforms. A portion of this revenue is allocated to charitable causes.
Please note:
We reserve the right to amend these allocation percentages at any time where necessary to support the sustainability and operation of the platform.
StreamForGood Ltd reserves the right to associate or dissociate any charity or cause from the platform at its sole discretion, without providing a reason or prior notice.
We may also reassign playlists to different charities or move them into “The Hub” at any time.
When this occurs:
Any revenue generated from playlists previously associated with a charity will always be allocated either to the newly assigned charity or reinvested into the StreamForGood Ltd platform.
You agree that you MUST NOT:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms and conditions are violated.
All platform content, including branding, design, text, and proprietary materials, is owned by StreamForGood Ltd unless otherwise stated.
All music distributed and used within StreamForGood Ltd playlists is original content created and owned by StreamForGood Ltd , distributed under applicable licensing terms that grant StreamForGood Ltd full usage and distribution rights.
All playlists, including their structure, selection, curation, and organisation, are the intellectual property of StreamForGood Ltd and remain so at all times.
Charities featured on the platform do not obtain any ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights over any music, playlists, or related platform content. Association with a playlist or campaign does not transfer any rights to the charity.
StreamForGood Ltd retains full discretion to associate or disassociate any playlist, music, or campaign from any charity at any time, and reserves the right to modify, remove, or reassign such associations without notice.
Third-party content (if ever used in the future) remains the property of its respective rights holders.
Our platform relies on third-party services such as music streaming providers.
We are not responsible for:
The platform is provided on an “as is” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates take effect once published.
Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of any changes.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
StreamForGood Ltd may create and publish playlists inspired by or associated with charitable organisations that are not formally partnered with the platform (“Unpartnered Charities”).
Despite the absence of a formal partnership:
Charities have the right to request removal from the platform at any time.
Upon receiving a valid request, StreamForGood Ltd will:
Unpartnered charities may request to become an official partner at any time. Once a partnership is agreed:
StreamForGood Ltd will always endeavour to promote charities in a positive and respectful manner and create suitable playlists aligned with their mission.
However, due to the scale of content production and the use of AI-assisted tools:
StreamForGood Ltd will never intentionally publish content that could negatively impact a charity.
If any content is identified as inappropriate, misleading, or potentially harmful, it will be removed or updated as soon as reasonably possible.
