Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 16th April 2026

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to access or use StreamForGood Ltd . If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By using the platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Our Service

StreamForGood Ltd curates music playlists that generate revenue through streaming platforms. A portion of this revenue is allocated to charitable causes.

Please note:

  • Streaming content does not constitute a direct donation
  • Donation amounts may vary depending on streaming performance and platform payouts
  • We do not guarantee specific donation amounts or outcomes

Revenue Allocation

  • Partnered Charities
90% of net revenue is allocated to the charity, and 10% is retained to support and grow the platform.
  • Unpartnered Charities
50% of net revenue is allocated to the charity, and 50% is retained to support and grow the platform.
  • Charity of the Month
100% of net revenue generated during the selected period is allocated to the chosen charity. After this period, the charity will revert to its applicable category (Partnered or Unpartnered).
  • 24-Hour Challenge Playlists
Some charities may be featured in a 24-Hour Challenge Playlist, which is a promotional playlist that remains live on the platform for a defined period. Despite the name, these playlists do not change every 24 hours. Revenue generated is allocated according to the charity’s classification as either Partnered or Unpartnered.
  • The Hub Playlist
100% of revenue generated from playlists within “The Hub” is reinvested into the StreamForGood Ltd platform to support its development and operations.

We reserve the right to amend these allocation percentages at any time where necessary to support the sustainability and operation of the platform.

3. Revenue Reporting & Donation Timelines

  • It typically takes 3 to 4 months for platforms such as Spotify to report earnings
  • In some cases, where total streams are low (e.g. under 1,000 plays), no revenue may be generated or reported
  • Due to these delays, it may take up to 6 months for StreamForGood Ltd to process and distribute donations

4. Charity Association & Playlist Allocation

StreamForGood Ltd reserves the right to associate or dissociate any charity or cause from the platform at its sole discretion, without providing a reason or prior notice.

We may also reassign playlists to different charities or move them into “The Hub” at any time.

When this occurs:

  • Future revenue is allocated according to the new assignment
  • Revenue already generated is distributed based on the rules in effect at the time it was earned

Any revenue generated from playlists previously associated with a charity will always be allocated either to the newly assigned charity or reinvested into the StreamForGood Ltd platform.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree that you MUST NOT:

  • Manipulate or artificially inflate streaming activity
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools
  • Upload or share content you do not have rights to
